During the years of the neverending wars and the unremitting strife, preparation for the future was already underway. We who had been watching so patiently now
spared nothing to ensure the development of a secure and impressive Elysium from which to rule over those that survived.
Eight walls were built forming an octagon. Their height was an impressive 234 meters high of sheer black metall and defended by a tempest of all storms from
the darkened skies above. Inside these walls existed an amazing labyrinth designed to confuse and disorient. The casual visitor seeking an audience with the
Prince is completely dependent on the Royal Guards to guide them in. If at any time the Royal Guards feel an impending threat by one of these visitors they
will be led deep within the labyrinth to the dungeons at the bowels of the earth.
At the center of the labyrinth is the entrance to an Empire like one has never seen before. Deep within the recesses of this City lies the Palace of the Prince
guarded by His Immortal Harpies. The power can be felt from miles away instilling in those who view it a sense of reverence and fear.
Along with the Prince resides His Court that has been working at coexisting in an Elysium where strict rules have been put in place that ensures that all are
safe unless they break the Prince's laws.
Dark Greetings and welcome to the Prince's Elysium.

This area of the Elysium is located east of the Prince's Private Gardens accessible only to the Prince Himself.
It is a Dark Temple where the Vestal High Priestess and her nine Abyssal Vestal Virgins await to guide and protect.
It is where the Prince enters into the Dark Blood's Influences and receives all the mystical knowledge and powers that have been bequeathed to Him from the
all of the dark aeons.
Any who try to enter the Temple will receive their just rewards from the Abyssal Ones that guard the Temple and can be guaranteed to be extreme in agony to the
violator.

The Prince's Halls of Justice, the House of the Seneschal and the Supreme Intelligence Officer's. With the increasing numbers of immortals coming into the Elysium, housing has been set up
here for the Seneschal and the Royal Harpies. All formal business requests should be brought here to be filed within the Seneschal's offices so that the
administration can keep up with the flow of expanding businesses
The jail and holding center used to be housed in the area of the Praesidium Principalis but has been recently moved here so that the Seneschal can keep a
closer eye on it. Any act of treason towards the Prince or any of His Court is brought here.
Immortals that have disputes that cannot be rectified by their individual Elders are also brought here to be heard by the Prince.
Be forewarned, if brought into the jails here, there is a rumor that the Immortal Harpies that guard the place at night are still in the habit of sharing their
cruel experiences of their mortal lives with the prisoners.

This area of the Elysium is for those that seek enlightenment. Not only will you find some of the great philosopher's works here but they are also open for
discussion should you feel so inclined as to want to express your true self within an intellectual conversation.
It is a Sanctuary where you can ask questions, give answers or just learn more of your inner self and what enlightenment means to you.
One word of advice, if you open yourself be prepared to sometimes hear what you did not expect, but know that you will always hear the truth for we are all
unique individuals and all on our own paths of enlightenment.

This area of the Elysium is heavily patrolled as it holds the exquisite artwork that has been done through time.
If you have any valuable artwork that you would like to have exhibited here, one just needs to leave their exhibits.
Please note that some artwork may be subject to deep discussion and those within the Elysium do not perceive things the same. While there may be words of
criticism they will be spoken with no malice but rather reflect that individuals perception of a particular piece.
If you have some work to be shown of a suggestive nature, it may be better to ask permission to enter Libidinis Interdictis and leave it there to be
viewed.

During the years leading up to the darkened extinction of all species, the Emperor began collecting not only original masterpieces from those lost to this
world but also ones that reside within the Empire and like to showcase their creative works.
This building made of Ivory, is one of the Emperor's most prized possessions and His Immortal Army and Praetorians heavily guard it.
Some of the works are being moved to the archives and even more brought out of archives for everyone's viewing pleasure.
If you have a request on a particular piece, leave a message within and one of the administration will see if they can find it in the Emperor's massive
Libraries.

This is a place for administration and staff only. All requests will be denied, not with any ill intent given, but because the Prince is the only one that
decides who has access to this part of His Domains.
If you are able to make your way into this private sector of the Prince's Domains, you must realize that you have begun to show the Prince some of your
loyalty. He definitely has a lot of trust in all of you at this level.
Be not warned but forewarned that any and all acts of drama against those that have the ability to view this domicile will absolutely result in your banishment
from not only the Elysium but also your titles within the Prince's Domains.
In this part of the Elysium we will discuss some of what is happening in each part of the Prince's Domains and things for review that may need the
Prince's approval. Possible storylines may go in here also.
The inner structure has become a comfortable relaxing place for the administration to unwind, take off their masks of their titles and be with the extended
family they have made in this Empire.

In every Domain one needs a place to unwind a little. Therefore there were constructed various buildings of entertainment for visitors coming into the Elysium
can go and enjoy some spirits and relax.
No approval is needed to bring games or quizzes in this area of the Elysium. If you have something that you would like to share that has the intent of having
another relax, laugh and unwind, feel free to bring it here into the Praesidium.
